Two certain pieces or portions of ground, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, situated in LaPlace, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, in Unit No. One of “LaPlace Park Subdivision”, being a subdivision of a portion of Track “G” of New Era Plantation, located in Section 19, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeast Land District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, according to a print of survey made by H.E.
