The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:

One certain lot or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining situated in St. John the Baptist Parish, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as New Era Plantation, designated as Lot No. 24 of Square E, said square being bounded by Cartier Drive, Heather Lane (side), Van Arpel Drive (side), and Beryl Lane. Said Lot No. 24 commences at a distance of 180.00 feet from the corner of Cartier Drive and Beryl Lane and measures thence 60.00 feet front on Cartier Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 98.00 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with a survey made by Edward L. Clinton, Land Surveyor, dated April 13, 1982, revised May 24, 1982.
