Lot 329, Square 16, which square is bounded by Ridgefield Drive, Fairway Drive, Acadia Drive, Madewood Drive and Kenilworth Drive; said lot commences at a distance of 138.63 feet from the corner of Fairway Drive and Ridgefield Drive and measures thence 70 feet front on Ridgefield Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines; all in accordance with a print of J.J.
