Making Friends

Lt. Basil Trepagnier had the pleasure of making a new friend this month after a traffic stop in a LaPlace neighborhood. As the little girl spotted Lt. Trepagnier, she invited him to play some ball with her. Lt. Trepagnier was happy to join her.
