Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated May 13, 1977, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of Court of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, and according thereto said lot is designated as LOT 357 OF SQUARE 16 and commences at a distance of 391.56 feet from the intersection of Augusta Drive and Marion Drive and measures thence in a Northerly direction at a distance of 90 feet front on Marion Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 115 feet between equal and parallel lines; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
