Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated June 7, 1978, revised September 21, 1978, said piece or portion of ground is designated as follows:

Lot 658, commencing at a distance of 339.38 feet from the intersection of Fairway Drive and Frisco drive to a point, the point of beginning; thence measuring 65 feet front along Frisco Drive to a point; thence measuring by a depth of 110 feet along the Kenilworth Drive side to a point; thence measuring 65 feet in the rear along the Ellerslie Drive side to a point and thence measuring by a depth of 110 feet along the Fairway Drive side to the point of beginning.
