Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:

A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, located in a subdivision designated as Subdivision of Star Plantation, on a certain survey thereof made by R.P. Rordan, Civil Engineer, dated New Orleans, Louisiana, August 28, 1939 (blue print of said survey being annexed to an act of sale by Godchaux Sugars, Inc., to Joseph Kliebert and Alton Lemoine, passed before N. Truman Woodward, Jr., Notary Public of the Parish of Orleans, on the 18th day of April, 1940), said subdivision comprising that portion of a certain tract of land lying between the Jefferson Highway and the right of way of the Yazoo & Mississippi Valley Railroad, acquired by Godchaux Sugars Inc. by Sheriff’s deed dated July 17, 1937 from the succession of Joseph Cambre and Adele Dugas his wife and Ursule Cambre their daughter, No. 174 P.D., of the 24th Judicial District Court of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, registered in a COB 6 folio 331 of the conveyance records of said parish and a portion of the lower part of Star Plantation of Godchaux SUgars, Inc., lying between said highway and said railroad, said lot being designated on said survey as Lot No. 36, having a front of 60 feet on a proposed street (now West 17th Street) and a depth of 125 between equal and parallel lines, running at right angles from said proposed street (now West 17th Street); bounded on the West by the property formerly owned by Godchaux Sugars, Inc., on the East by the property formerly owned by Godchaux Sugars, Inc., on the north by property of Harry Remondet or assigns and on the south by the property of Andrew Simon or assigns, together with all the rights, ways, servitudes, privileges, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

That certain manufactured/mobile home situated on the above described property, being a 2000 Cavalier Home, Serial No. 547646748UL, 77 x 16, which said manufactured home/mobile home was immobilized pursuant to Affidavit to Immobilize Mobile Homes dated February 22, 2013 and filed for record as Instrument No. 0000319975 of the records of St John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana.
