Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:

Phase 1, as per plan of subdivision survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc. dated March 17,1977, and re-surveyed to show improvements thereon on April 21, 1977, and said lot is more fully described as follows:

Lot No. 130, Square 1, measures 38.40 feet front on Country Club Drive to a point and an additional frontage of 40 feet front on Country Club Drive on a radius of 397.64 feet to a point, thence West a distance of 112.58 feet to a point, thence North 89.64 feet to a point, thence 110 feet to the point of origination. Said property is bounded on the East by Country Club Drive, on the West by a One Hundred Foot Drainage Canal, on the North by Lot No. 131, Square 1, and on the South by Lot No. 129, Square 1.

Said property is subject to a ten foot utility servitude across the entire rear width of said property.
