The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain lot or portion of ground, together with all the improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, being a portion of Willow Grove Plantation, Parcels X-1-A, I-E-1 and Y-1-A, in Section 20, T-11-S, R-7-E, now called Sugar Ridge Subdivision, in accordance with a resubdivision made by J.J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., dated November 30,1978, approved by the St. John the Baptist Police Jury on February 22, 1979 and corrected April 24, 1980, said resubdivision being shown on the plan of J. J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1978, revised February 28, 1980 and revised April 24, 1980, a print of which is attracted to the Police Jury resolution dated April 24, 1980, registered in COB 140, folio 719, and filed on May 23, 1980, under map file number 168 of the official records of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, which said lot is more fully described thereon as follows, to-wit:
Lot Number 237, 1408 North Sugar Ridge Road, LaPlace, Louisiana, measures 60 feet front on North Sugar Ridge Road, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines, and a width in the rear of 60 feet. All in accordance with survey by R.P. Fontcuberta, Jr., Land Surveyor, dated July 14, 1980 revised October 9, 1980 to show improvements.
