Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:

JOHN THE BAPTIST, STATE OF LOUISIANA, EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER in section 24, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, LAPLACE PLANTATION, in RIVERLAND HEIGHTS SECTION 4 EXTENSION 2, in accordance with the subdivision plan of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 27, 1978, revised February 29, 1980, to show L.P.&L. Servitudes and revised April 4,1980 to change Frisco Drive to West Frisco Drive. Said piece or portion of ground is designated as follows:
