ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that section thereof known as RIVER FOREST SUBDIVISION, in Section 61, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, and Section 30, Township 11 South, Range 8 East, in the Southeastern District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, in SQUARE K, thereof, designated as LOT NO 2, in accordance with plan of subdivision by Aubrey G.
