A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John, State of Louisiana, located in Sections 25, 26 and 66, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, designated as Lot 24 of Square 16 of Cambridge Place Subdivision, Phase II the plan of subdivision made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated January 10, 1978, approved by Resolution of the St. John the Baptist Police Jury, on April 13, 1978, registered in COB 124, Folio 243, and according thereto said Square is bounded by Cambridge Drive, Hancock Drive, Williamsburg Drive and Plymouth Drive and said lot forms intersection of Cambridge Drive and Plymouth Drive and measures 64.40 feet front on Cambridge Drive, a width in rear of 72.90 feet, by a depth and front on Plymouth Drive of 100.01 feet total measurement on a line of curative having a radius of 338.86 feet, and a depth on the opposite sideline of 100 feet.
