The following described property, with all its component parts, including all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging, as follows:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as CAMBRIDGE PLACE SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of portions of Sections 25, 26, 65 and 66, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, all in accordance with the plan of survey thereof by J.J.
