As Sheriff of St. John the Baptist Parish, I want to take a moment to recognize our retired employees. We will always honor and cherish the men and women who dedicated their time and service to protecting our community. Your commitment and sacrifice laid the foundation for the department we are today, and we deeply value the continued bond we share with each of you and your families. You are, and will always remain, an important part of the Sheriff’s Office family.
Throughout the year, we proudly host a variety of events designed to strengthen friendships and keep the connection alive between retired and active employees, and their families.
These events are made possible in large part through employee donations and efforts of the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office Employees’ Club, a group of creative, enthusiastic employees, elected by their co-workers, who are committed to planning and organizing activities beyond the workplace. From wellness activities and family fun days to holiday celebrations, each gathering offers an opportunity to reminisce, share experiences, and continue building camaraderie within our Sheriff’s Office family.
