The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements, thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Carrollwood Subdivision, said Lot being designated as Lot 50, according to a plan by J. J. Krebs Sons, C, E., dated April 26, 1950, and resurveyed June 10, 1967 to show improvements, annexed to Original Instrument No. 33390, Lot No. 50 is in that area bounded by Rosedown Drive, Concord Drive, Elmwood Drive and Carrollwood Avenue, and commences at a distance of 337.90 feet from the corner of Rosedown Drive and Carrollwood Avenue, and measures 60 feet front on Rosedown Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 100 feet. And as per survey of Surveys, Incorporated, dated November 17, 1986, having the same designation, located and dimensions as above mentioned.
