St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff Mike Tregre and his officers were happy to partner once again in August with Louisiana Federal Credit Union for the annual “Pack the Pirogue” campaign to provide school supplies to students in the River Parishes for the 2024-25 school year.
Sheriff Tregre and several deputies presented the supplies to Sandi Lambert and Krisy Rice of LFCU.
Employees with the SJSO donated several boxes and bags of school supplies for the campaign. Pirogues filled with supplies will be delivered to schools in St. John Parish.
