A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, prescription and prescriptive rights, both liberative and acquisitive, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, on the descending West Bank of the Mississippi River, and being designated as Lot 2 on a plan of subdivision known as “Castle Estates”, made by Lucien C.
